Inspirational merchandise
Fuego is the brainchild of our client Shaun Beck (Inspire Ignite) who approached us wanting to create a new stationery brand with a twist. We were given free rein to present some ideas that were fun, creative, eye-catching and bold! The brief, alongside development of a new brand, was to create inspirational merchandise including journals, notepads, motivational postcards and stickers in addition to being presented across social media platforms.
With a name already in place, Fuego (translates to ‘fire’ in Spanish) is all about getting out there and getting on – be it with business or personal goals, the brand encourages people to ‘find your fire’. The font used in the design of the identity was selected with purpose and with small finishing touches that make the brand connect with its meaning.
In creating the merchandise, the design needed to uphold this brand.
Experimental ink
We experimented using inks and paints to create a set of unique patterns and designs that mirrored the vibrancy and energy of the Fuego brand. Once these had been thoroughly developed, integrated design systems and inspirational captions were introduced.
Purposeful quality
High quality print materials were carefully selected, always keeping the brand values in mind, being fun, vibrant, quirky, eye catching, positive and motivational. All merchandise produced has purpose. They assist in developing your mindset, building your focus and finding your fire.
When we needed high impact, funky and engaging designs for our new range of FUEGO notebooks, we knew exactly where to go! The hue team took our concept and ideas and brought them to life – 8 notebook designs, 4 journals and a series of postcards, as well as supporting promo materials to package up the brand perfectly – a job well done!
